This winter, Les Roches 1500 is opening Le Mökki, a unique gourmet Chill Bar & Snack, located directly on the slopes of the Praz de Lys – Sommand resort, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.

A new friendly spot, designed to welcome all mountain lovers, locals and visitors alike.

A unique spot on the slopes of Sommand

Le Mökki is the only establishment set up directly on the slopes of Sommand.
Its main asset: a huge terrace of more than 300 m², bathed in sunshine, offering an exceptional panorama of Mont Blanc.

An ideal setting to:

• take a break between two runs,
• have a drink facing the peaks,
• share a friendly moment with family or friends,
• simply enjoy the show the mountains put on.

Here, time slows down and the view does the rest.

An authentic, deeply local chalet spirit

Set in a former milking chalet steeped in history, Le Mökki keeps the soul of the place while asserting a strong identity:
red shutters, the Haute-Savoie flag, a warm and sincere Swiss-refuge atmosphere.

Le Mökki doesn’t try to copy the big party venues of international resorts.
It’s fully rooted in the DNA of Praz de Lys – Sommand, a human-scale resort attached to its traditions, its alpine pastures, its seasons, and its territory.

For its first year, Le Mökki positions itself as a gourmet Chill Bar & Snack, with no formality and no constraints.
You can stop by freely for:

• a hot or cold drink,
• an aperitif moment in the sun,
• a comforting gourmet break,
• simple snacks and take-away dishes, inspired by the know-how of Les Roches.

The products, recipes, and suppliers are the same as at Les Roches, with a more direct, more relaxed approach, and accessible prices, suited to fast service on the slopes.

In winter, Le Mökki becomes an essential stop for skiers and walkers.
